What is IDA's return policy?

We take great care in handling returns because your satisfaction is important to us. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

1. Damaged Product
While we uphold stringent quality standards and work with reliable courier partners, transit damage is rare but possible. If your product arrives damaged, we will gladly accept the return.

2. Size Mismatch
Ordered the wrong size? No problem! We will assist you with the return and help you find the correct size.

3. Product Not to Your Liking
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item and choose another outfit you love.

Return Guidelines:

  • Returns must be initiated within 4 days of delivery.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • To ensure a successful return, the following conditions must be met:
    • The outfit must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
    • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Can I return outfits purchased during promotions?

  • ‘Buy One Get One Free’ Promotions: Items purchased under these promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Festive Offers or Discounts: Products bought during these offers can only be returned for store credit.

Can I return customized or altered outfits?

Unfortunately, outfits that are customized or altered specifically for you are non-returnable, as they cannot be resold.

Do I need to pay for returns?

No, we cover the return shipping costs. In rare instances where a pickup cannot be arranged, you may ship the item to us, and we will reimburse the shipping cost. Please retain the shipping receipt for reimbursement.

Can I hand over the outfit to the delivery person for return?

Returns require a separate process. We will arrange a dedicated pickup at a time convenient for you.

Do I need to return the item in its original packaging?

Yes, the outfit must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact. Items without original packaging or tags will be considered used, and returns cannot be processed.

What happens if I paid using COD?

Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed either to your bank account or issued as a credit voucher for future purchases on our website.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are initiated after our Quality Control (QC) team inspects the returned item. This process may take up to 14 working days.

When will my return not be accepted?

Returns cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The outfit has been used, washed, or damaged.
  • Original tags, labels, or packaging are missing.
  • The outfit is customized or altered.
  • The return request is made more than 4 days after delivery.
  • Items that have already been exchanged once.
