Easy Four Day Return Policy

At our core, we strive to deliver the perfect outfit to you every time. However, we understand that occasionally, an outfit may not meet your expectations.

As a customer-focused team, your happiness means the world to us. We want you to confidently wear your outfit and bask in the compliments it brings!

What is our return policy?

We handle returns with great care because your satisfaction matters to us. Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged Product:
    While we maintain the highest quality standards and our courier partners handle your order with care, damage during transit is rare but possible. If you receive a damaged product, we’ll gladly take it back.

  2. Size Mismatch:
    Ordered the wrong size? No problem! We’ll assist you with the return and help you find the right size.

  3. Disliked the Product:
    Not in love with your purchase? Don’t worry! You can return the product and choose another fabulous outfit.

Returns must be initiated within 4 days of delivery. Please note that shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. When submitting a return request, kindly ensure:

  • The outfit is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

Can I return outfits purchased during promotions?

  • Items purchased under ‘Buy One Get One Free’ promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products bought during festive offers or other discounts can only be returned for store credit.

Can I return customized or altered outfits?

Unfortunately, customized or altered outfits are tailored specifically for you and cannot be resold. These items are non-returnable.

Do I need to pay for returns?

No, we’ve got you covered! In rare situations where we cannot arrange a pickup, you may ship the item to us, and we’ll reimburse the cost. Remember to keep the shipping receipt for reimbursement.

Can I hand over the outfit to the delivery person for return?

Returns follow a separate process. We will arrange a pickup at a convenient time for you.

Do I need to return the item in the original packaging?

Yes, please ensure the outfit is returned in its original packaging, with tags and labels intact. Returns cannot be processed for items without these, as they’ll be considered used.

What happens if I paid using COD?

No worries! Refunds for COD purchases will be processed to your bank account or issued as a credit voucher for future purchases on our site.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed after our Quality Control (QC) team inspects the returned item. This process may take up to 14 working days.

When will my return not be accepted?

While we aim to accommodate most return requests, we cannot process returns in the following cases:

  • The outfit has been used or washed.
  • Original packaging, tags, or labels are missing.
  • Customized or altered outfits.
  • Returns are requested more than 4 days after delivery.
  • Items that have already been exchanged once.
