1. When will I receive my outfit?
We want you to look stylish as soon as possible! We strive to process and dispatch your order quickly. Typically, deliveries to urban areas are made within 7 working days, while remote locations may take 8 to 10 working days.

2. How can I track my order?
We’ll keep you updated on your order status at every step. You can also track your order directly on our website.

3. Is there a delivery charge?
We offer free delivery for orders above ₹1499. For orders ₹1499 or below, a nominal shipping fee of ₹40 applies. Please note that this fee is non-refundable if the outfit is returned.

4. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we do not deliver internationally.

5. Do you deliver across India?
Yes, our trusted courier partners have extensive coverage throughout India.

6. What happens if I’m not available during delivery?
Our delivery partners operate on their schedules and may not deliver at a specific time of your convenience. If you’re unavailable, the delivery will be rescheduled for the next day. Please note, delivery attempts will be made up to three times.

7. Do I need to ship the product myself in case of a return?
Not at all! We’ll handle the return shipping costs. In rare cases where a pickup isn’t possible, you may ship the product to our address, and we’ll reimburse the cost. Just remember to keep the shipping receipt!

8. What if my product gets lost during transit?
Rest assured, our courier partners take great care to ensure safe delivery. In the unlikely event your product is lost in transit, we’ll fully refund the amount you paid.
